Dear Jonny, this work you’re doing is amazing. you’re such a special person to be able to take yourself out into these remote places and really get involved with the local people and their lifestyles. Your shots are so impressionably real and human as always. cant wait for the exhibition! Makes me miss being bossed around in the photolab :)
    Happy Christmas
    xx Amy

Many thanks Amy, and it’s good to hear from you! Maybe I find my ‘own” society hard to fit into, however I Kiribati tradition is one of welcoming strangers. They are the most wonderful, generous people, so I find this pretty easy to fit in. Just have to do the work!
There will be plenty of time to boss you around in the darkroom yet! Thanks for your comments.
    Jonny
